This page explains how to delete your account for KEI Books, the Kingdom Economics Institute app on Google Play, and the account you use on kingdomeconomicsinstitute.com. The app and the website share one account, so deleting it removes both.
How to request deletion
- In the app: open KEI Books, go to Account, tap Request account deletion and confirm.
- By email: send a message from your account email address to info@kingdomeconomicsinstitute.com with the subject “Delete my account”.
We will email you a confirmation link. Once you confirm, we delete your account and personal data, normally within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details (name, email address, username, password)
- Your profile and saved addresses
- Your Tiridle eBook library access, reading progress and bookmarks
- Your app sign-in sessions and notification settings
What is kept
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted. Purchased eBooks cannot be restored after your account is deleted.
